Your tasks include:
- Responsibility for supporting SAP Solution Manager system landscapes
- Management and support of future application projects in the SAP Solution Manage, SAP Cloud ALM and Focus Run environment
- Active collaboration in 2nd/3rd level support
- Analysis, design, consulting and implementation of IT and ALM processes in SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM
- Development of strategies and concepts for ALM processes in the SAP environment and integration with other ITSM and ALM solutions
- Working on innovative topics involving the latest technologies such as BTP, agile working, SAP UI5, SAP HANA
- Ensuring and continuously developing services with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM
- You manage projects with SAP Activate
What you bring with you:
- Open and communicative personality
- University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable training or professional experience
- You have already gained initial experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Focus Run
- Strong teamwork skills, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- You may already have certifications in the areas of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Activate for Cloud Solutions
- Convincing appearance and fluent communication skills in German (C1) and English
